When you register an account, we collect your phone number for authentication and account management. We use OTP (One-Time Password) sent via SMS to verify your identity.

When you use the Application to record transactions, we collect the following information:

Transaction type: Income or Expense
Transaction amount
Transaction category (Food, Transportation, Shopping, Entertainment, Housing, Education, Health, Other)
Transaction date
Notes (if any)

1.3 Profile Picture Information

We may request access to camera for you to take photos or photo library for you to select photos as your account avatar. This avatar will be stored on our server for display in the application interface.

1.4 Device Information

We collect device information to ensure the Application operates stably:

Device ID (UUID)
Device type
Operating system and version
Application version

1.5 Contact Information

When you send feedback, we collect your feedback content to improve our services.

1.6 Third-Party Service Data

The Application uses the following third-party services that may collect data for analytics and advertising purposes:

1.6.1 Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)

Firebase Analytics is used to collect and analyze application usage data to improve product quality and user experience. The data collected includes:

Application usage statistics (screen views, user interactions)
Device information (device model, operating system version)
User engagement metrics

2. Purpose of Information Collection

We use personal data for purposes including but not limited to:

3. Use of Customer Information

We will use data to analyze and provide personalized services, send service-related notifications if you agree. We do not interfere with or monitor your access content on the Application.

        Tracking Consent: The Application requests your consent to collect the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can choose to allow or deny this request. If you deny, Firebase Analytics and Facebook SDK will continue to work but will not use IDFA for tracking purposes.
    

4. Storage and Protection of Information

KếToánSét is committed to protecting information in accordance with Vietnamese laws and regulations. We implement reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access, use encryption during transmission and storage, protect systems with firewalls, and conduct regular security audits.

Your transaction data is stored locally on your device and synchronized to the server to ensure security.

Data collected by third-party services (Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK) is stored on their respective servers and subject to their privacy policies.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, exchange, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

When required by law enforcement authorities.
When necessary to protect KếToánSét's legitimate rights and interests.
With your consent.
Data collected by third-party services (Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK) may be shared with their respective partners in accordance with their privacy policies.

You have the right to:

Access and edit your personal information.
Delete your account and related data.
Withdraw consent for data usage.
Control tracking permissions through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework in iOS Settings.
